Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
Anything under this hours requires you to pay the full treatment price.
Deposits / booking fees are none refundable, you are paying a fee for that particular time slot. This cannot be moved to another appointment.
Patch Test Policy
If your treatment requires you to have a patch test, eyelashes, any treatment requiring a tint, SPMU etc you must have this done at least 48 hours before. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the patch test in time. Failure to do so will prevent us from carrying the treatment and your deposit will be lost. We are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays so please make sure you plan enough time before your treatment.
